Jeffreys Bay Accommodation / 25 Swemmer Street Jeffreys Bay Accommodation / Holiday Home in Jeffreys Bay

25 Swemmer Street, Paradise Beach is an exclusive, self-catering holiday home about 8km from the hustle and bustle of downtown Jeffreys Bay. Situated on a ridge, 25 Swemmer Street commands panoramic views towards Humansdorp and the Baviaanskloof Mountains to the west. The quiet local beach and sea are within easy walking distance (one street block), or one can drive to the nearby beach parking area.

25 Swemmer Street is situated in a quiet side street in an almost pastoral setting overlooking a valley leading to the Seekoei River in the distance, where the fish eagle may still be heard. Although there are no sea views, one can hear the restful sound of breakers when the wind is in the right direction.

This is your ideal holiday base if you need access to the superb amenities, entertainment and excitement of Jeffreys Bay but like to get away from the traffic and noise after a day on the town. As there is a staircase leading to the upper level, the unit is unfortunately not friendly for wheel chair users.

Attractions & Activities

There are numerous attractions in close proximity, making this your ideal base for extended Eastern Cape holidays. The nature lover will find more than enough to do by visiting Addo Elephant Park, Shamwari Game Park and Lombardini Game Farm. Addo, for example, now incorporates five of South Africa’s seven biomes and is home to the densest African elephant population on earth.

An outing through the Zuurberg Mountains is also not to be missed by outdoors people. Elephant, lion, leopard, cheetah, buffalo, rhino and wild dogs are some of the treasures to be found within the Shamwari Game Reserve. All of these destinations are within day-trip distance from your base in Paradise Beach.

A little further afield, the inimitable Garden Route beckons. Exploring the mysterious Baviaanskloof Wilderness Area stretching from Hankey and Patensie through Smitskraal to Willowmore will be an outing with a difference when you need to be out of the sun for a day.
