CANCELLATION POLICY

If booking is cancelled within 10 days of booking 20 The Island reserves the right to retain 30% of the total booking fee.
If booking is cancelled within 3 days of booking, 20 The Island reserves the right to retain 50% of the total booking fee.
Should clients fail to cancel their booking, or cancel within 24 hours of booking date, 20 The Island reserves the right to retain the total booking fee.
