DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A deposit of 50% is required as confirmation of the booking.
The full balance is payable on arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations 0 - 3 days prior to check-in date or no-show, forfeit 100% of the deposit paid.
Cancellations 4 - 28 days prior to check-in date, forfeit 50% of the deposit paid.
Cancellations more than 28 days prior to check-in date, forfeit 25% of the deposit paid.

On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, 18 on Kloof will refund the applicable amount within 3 working days.

18 on Kloof levies a 10 percent administration fee on any credit card refunds processed.
