Mega Music was established in 1993 and has been thriving for many years under the ownership and management of Kevin Liddel. In August 2008 Sean Swanson took over the ownership of Mega Music, after working for the company for several years.

Mega Music continues to exude the same professional and personal services that have made it the success it is today. You can expect professional advice and friendly service for your specific function needs. Only experienced DJs are recruited. They are skilled to accommodate for all types of functions. All the DJs who work with Mega Music have traceable references.

Equipment

Mega Music's equipment is of top quality and very reliable, which means you can rest assured that the entertainment quality will more than meet your expectations. We have a vast selection of music that dates back from the 50s all the way to today’s chart topping hits, including different genres to suit your personal preference. We are also licenced with S.A.M.R.O (South African Music Rights Organization).

Services

Mega Music is also able to provide musicians and karaoke enthusiasts with the necessary equipment to assist in entertaining their audiences. Mega Music is a professional DJ agency. Our purpose is to make your life easier by sourcing a DJ for your function and taking care of all the admin involved.

You will have a DJ who is fully prepped with enough experience and know how, as well as sufficient equipment to cater for your function. We take the hassle and worry out of finding a reliable, affordable DJ for your occasion.

• The DJ will make sure that he is set up and the music is playing before your guests start to arrive. This time is determined by you in the quotation. You will not be charged time taken to set up or pack away.

• The DJ’s have a wide variety of music and play mostly to the response of the crowd. They are more than happy to take a list of preferred music from you to use as a guideline and are very approachable regarding any requests, to a degree, that you may have.

• All DJ’s are experienced and work with a high level of professionalism.

• We will cater for any music, sound or lighting requests you may have, to the best of our ability. A microphone and a mic stand are included for all functions at no extra cost to you.

• Should you require a sound system and a microphone for your wedding ceremony or sound for live musicians, this can be supplied at your request.
