What about fuel?
All fuel costs are included in the rate.

How do I book a cab?
Just send us an email. In order to hold the London Cab for the specified date a cautionary deposit of 50% is required, payable via EFT. Please note that both the booking form and proof of payment are needed to secure a booking. Please advise on the date and time of your required transfer before making payment, to check availability.

Can I make a provisional booking and then confirm later?
Unfortunately no, as some people have abused this option.

How far in advance do I need to book?
In general, one month ahead should allow for availability, although some clients prefer to book a very long time in advance to make sure that they get the London Cab for their special occasion (birthday, wedding, Matric Dance).

I want to give a present to someone, how do the gift vouchers work?
We print gift vouchers for you which show the length of transfer. The vouchers are valid for a full 3 months from the date of issue.

How many passengers does the London Cab accommodate?
We are licensed to take a maximum of five (5) passengers.
