ABOUT AFRICAN BLUE TOURS

African Blue Travel & Tours is owned and managed by David Smith and Kelly Roberts, both of whom have travelled extensively around the world but keep coming back home to the most beautiful city of all, Cape Town. We are both born and bred Capetonians and thus have an intimate knowledge of our hometown, its people and surrounding areas. We are young, motivated, professional, excited and passionate about our homeland but most important of all is our friendly service we give to our clients.

When making an enquiry or booking with African Blue you are dealing directly with ourselves and our promise to you, the client, is to provide the best service and advice at all times. We have it all here in the Mother City of Africa! Mountains, two oceans, beautiful white-sand beaches, breathtaking scenery wherever you look, fresh air, world famous vineyards and just a few kilometres offshore lies the great symbol of "the triumph of the human spirit against the forces of evil" ... Robben Island.

If your wish is to explore further a field our countryside opens up just outside of Cape Town where you can take a trip up our wild West Coast, view Bushman paintings by the original inhabitants of the Cape in the Cedarberg and surrounding mountain ranges, or take a few days to enjoy the beauty of our Garden Route.

• Want to see the most beautiful city in the world?
• Want to view the giants of the ocean up close and personal?
• How about standing on the tip of the African continent and watching the mighty Atlantic Ocean mix it up with the Indian Ocean?
• Lets do this in comfort and style with a friendly guide to show you all the wonders of Southern Africa!

PRIVATE TOURS

This is our favourite way of touring as you, the client, sets the pace! Remember time is not of the essence: Bask in the sun on the beach after a seafood feast; Enjoy a glass of your favourite wine at the wine estate of your choice; More time to discover the shopping gems as recommended by your experienced shopping guide; Spend more time exploring the wonders of our magnificent fauna and flora in our numerous nature reserves. All of our private tours can be arranged and even altered especially for you with a specific guide at your disposal. You are most welcome to suggest any special requests (Requests are subject to distance, weather and within reason).

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

We offer a custom shuttle service to and from Cape Town International which is dependable, comfortable and less than the cost of a taxi! Cape Town Airport is approximately 15 to 20 minutes drive from Cape Town city centre. All transfers are done in a luxury air-conditioned VW micro bus.
