Jess and Peter are "facilitators" in the true sense of the word and wherever possible will pamper you to your every need, in fact they supply items that most of their clients would not have thought of. They have vast knowledge of everything pertaining to their tours and safaris. However, if you have a request that is outside their area of expertise they will endeavour to find out the information you need and let you know. The staff at Cruiselite are extremely pleasant and are all experts in their respective fields.
