Take part in a great walking tour with donkeys for companions! The trail takes four days and three nights, and you can be guaranteed of a great Karoo experience including ostrich farms, the Groenfontein Valley, Calitzdorp port and a night in the veld in the Swartberg Nature Reserve.

All donkeys used on the Donkey Trail have been rescued and are now looked after and cared for expertly. The guides are from underprivileged backgrounds and rest assured you will learn a great amount through the local stories and history. Even the delicious catering has a local flavour!
