Start the experience by taking a tour through the starter menu, where you’ll find tantalizing dishes such as smoked salmon trout terrine, Karoo lamb or grilled steak tartare, served with a dollop of tomato and caper salsa, dressed with soy, ginger and honey drizzle finished with shoe sting potatoes.
Prepare yourself to be completely undone by the promise of an unforgettable main course, with such enticing dishes as Karoo lamb, served with a mint and jeripigo flavoured lamb jus; herb crusted salmon trout; fresh pasta with veal escalope, or the ménage de trios, which consists of grilled beef, venison and ostrich fillet. Try a sensational sauce for your fillet, from a selection of oriental, mushroom and truffle, brandy and peppercorn or Gruyere and Parmesan. End off with a dark chocolate torte - Valharona chocolate, pecan nut pastry shell with orange flavored ice cream, cardamom and Cointreau reduction.
