Greyton and its nature reserve is a fairly remote part of this province, and are breath-taking in their natural beauty and allure. The Knietjieshoogte Walk winds its way through these awesome surrounds, exposing some of the prettiest vistas imaginable.

This trail is five kilometres long and takes around 1.5 hours to complete, depending on your abilities and the size of your group.

Knietjieshoogte is an easy, manageable walk that even those not accustomed to strenuous exercise can master. Walkers can park at the cemetery and then follow the tracks to one of the very tallest peaks, Uitkykkop (translating to Lookout Head).
