Kango Winery should be on your must visit if you're heading through the area. Not only do they have a range of fantastic wine on offer but also fortified wine, brandy, witblits and liquer.

If you visit the winery during December you can also enjoy a cheese platter (cost available on request) which allows you to linger a little bit longer. If you have children with you they can play in the garden while you take some time out and enjoy the wine.

The wine shop stocks the range of wines from the cellar as well as a number of traditional Karoo treats. Why not stock your cupboard with homemade green fig preserve from De Rust or rusks made from traditional recipes? This also makes a wonderful present!

Interested in a cellar tour? These can be arranged by appointment, so please don't forget to call before and make a booking.
