Located in a farmhouse just outside Stanford, on the R43, Havercrofts is a charming rustic restaurant, specializing in delicious comfort food and slow Sunday roasts. Made all the more intimate thanks to owner/chef couple Brydon and Innes, Havercrofts offers that special quality and atmosphere that usually lacks in city establishments. Brydon’s passion for food comes through in every morsel - from the beef roast and Yorkshire pudding, to his life-changing desserts!

The chalkboard menu beckons and entices with delectable dishes, from cheese souffle’s, made with ingredients from local Klein Rivier Dairy, to pork belly and pumpkin fritters. Views that sweep over hills and meadows speckled with grazing horses, further add to the charm.

We recommend a slow Sunday lunch at Havercroft’s when visiting Stanford, or for any special occasion. Remember to book, as it fills up fast!
