You will be personally escorted on your exclusive wine tour by Richard Hilton, a Cape wine producer (Pax ‘Verbatim’ Vineyards) and lover of all things ‘gastro’. Each tour is different. That’s because we tailor your day around you and what you want to experience and learn about the Cape Winelands.

Richard will contact you on booking to discuss the types of wine estates you’d like to visit, the types of wine you enjoy and generally what you’d like to get out of your day. If you have no fixed idea, then don’t worry, we will arrange a day that will be generally educational, insightful and fun. We differ from other wine tour operators simply because of our connections and hands on experience within the wine industry.

If you want to meet the winemakers or estate owners then chances are we can arrange it for you. With over 20 yrs of experience in the industry, and a relentless passion and knowledge of Cape wines, Richard knows the intricacies and the hidden gems that others may not.
