The Hollybrooke Coffee Shop is a coffee shop in the good old-fashioned sense - serving coffee, hot and cold beverages and a simple uncomplicated menu. Hollybrooke Farm is situated in the Skeerpoort Valley, at the foot of the Magaliesberg Mountains. The farm is owned and run by Steve Richie.

Both a businessman and farmer, Steve runs the farm with a passion that is seen in every aspect on the farm. His Scottish and South African heritage is clearly noticeable in his hospitality and warmth! The peaceful location offers panoramic views of the majestic mountains and a respite for weary travellers. Watch farm animals and cattle grazing, while you drink in the beautiful views.

Breakfast looks like a real treat at Hollybrooke - yummy English breakfasts with ‘the works’, including sausage and bacon, with one healthy breakfast option of muesli, fruit and yoghurt.

For lunch, the snack platters look delicious, complete with various kinds of freshly baked breads, meats, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, cheese, fruit and vegetables. Burgers beckon for ones who are hungrier, with traditional toppings and sauces, such as monkeygland or mushroom. There are a variety of toasted sandwiches available and a small kiddie’s menu.

Desserts are a must-have! A variety of freshly baked cakes entices and we love the varieties of ice-cream that are served in a waver basket.
