Thaba Kwena Crocodile Farm, is the largest commercial crocodile farm in southern hemisphere. They have approximately 22000 crocodiles of varying sizes and export crocodile products. Feeding time at Thaba Kwena is an experience not to be missed. As the largest crocodile farm in South Africa open to the public, there are usually about 250 adults and hundreds of smaller crocodiles basking in the sun. Browse around in the curio shop for gifts and curios. Frozen, vacuum-packed crocodile meat can also be bought.
