Mystic Monkeys & Feathers Wildlife Park

Visiting Mystic Monkeys & Feathers Wildlife Park is a great family outing, especially for the upcoming holidays. Mystic Monkeys & Feathers Wildlife Park hosts one of South Africa's largest private primate collections of 38 species, in addition to a large number of beautiful, exotic birds. It is home to the first two Angolan black and white Colobus and Bearded Saki's babies born in captivity in the country as well as Chimpanzee and White-Handed Gibbons, two of the "Big 5" in the "ape" world, including Cheetahs, White Lions and Tigers.

At Mystic Monkeys, we have our "Woolly's" all year round. Our "Woolly's" are the only two of their kind in South Africa, which makes them extra special. Woolly Monkeys are New World Monkeys and originate from South America.

In addition to our Woolly's, visitors will also be treated to Fennex Foxes and Black Spider Monkeys. The Fennex Fox is the smallest of all the world's foxes, but its large ears, measuring 6 inches (15 centimetres), appear to be on loan from a bigger relative. Black Spider Monkeys are one of the largest primates in South America and has a larger brain than other Western hemisphere monkeys.

What sets Mystic Monkeys & Feathers Wildlife Park apart from the rest is our constant focus on neatness and providing the best food. It is a wonderfully interactive experience that brings people closer to nature and to the animals, and it is immensely gratifying to see the delight on the faces of the younger visitors, and the appreciation of the natural beauty of the area and majesty of the animals among everyone who visits us.

Mystic Monkeys & Feathers Wildlife Park is open 365 days a year from 9am till 4pm, 85km north of Pretoria, a mere 45 minutes drive. This pristine park will offer visitors an amazing animal adventure for young and old.
