About Shop at Simply Sam Antiques

Simply Sam Antiques and Brocante is a wonderful shop located in Nottingham Road in the Natal Midlands. It’s the perfect place to look for old fashioned items just like your grandmother might have had!

Sam has had a lifelong interest in vintage and antique items and this shines through in her charming shop which is filled with gorgeous linen, crockery, odd pieces of furniture and old style suitcases. Simply Sam Trading opened its doors in 2006 in the centre of Nottingham Road and relocated in May 2011 to the picturesque and historical Hamlet of Fort Nottingham C1890's. The showroom is situated in a huge old barn, on the same premises as the well known Fort Nottingham Museum, famous for its annual 'Highland Games', founded by the late David Fox.

Besides Antique and Vintage items we also source beautiful and unusual South African Gift items, many from local 'job creation' projects. Our aim is for these items to be purchased online, be beautifully gift wrapped, and then sent to that special person of your choice in South Africa.
