Delectable Chocolates at McKinley Chocolates

Chocolate connoisseurs should take a visit to the McKinley Chocolates shop in Clarens, where you will be spoilt for choice at the selection of hand-made chocolates and confectionery created by Calen Thomas, a chocolatier who grew up in Alaska and relocated to the picturesque town of Ficksburg in the Free State.

Calen first developed his passion for chocolate making from his mother and good friend and then trained in Alaska with Belgian chocolatiers and Lindt chocolatiers in South Africa to perfect his craft. All McKinley chocolates are made using the best Belgian and Swiss chocolate. Specialties are hand-made truffles with an incredible range of flavours, ganache, pralines and a range of nougat.
