The ever-popular Happy Hippo Play Farm is situated just outside the surfing hotspot of Jeffrey’s Bay in the Eastern Cape. As the gateway to the Garden Route, this area is frequented by locals and international tourists alike, who want to explore the beauty of this diverse countryside.
The Happy Hippo Play Farm invites children of all ages to share in feeding the farm animals and learning about them within a safe environment. There are also vast spaces in which they can play, as well as a jungle gym, which leaves parents free to enjoy a cuppa in the shade of the trees while their children are occupied under their watchful eye. The view of the Seekoei River finishes the Happy Hippo experience off to perfection. There is a nursery, which boasts indigenous trees, as well as a few alien species.
