A lovely sandy beach that invites long romantic walks and long lazy days of sun-bathing. Cintsa Beach is divided by the river estuary - to the west lies a small beach that is home to a well-known backpackers lodge and to the east is a longer stretch of beach, some 15km in length. Here you will often see surfers dancing in the waves and and kids playing in the rock pools.
The main attraction of Cintsa's beach is that it is still quite unspoilt and not as busy as East London's beaches and of course whale- and dolphin watching here is an added drawcard. Safe swimming and plenty of space make Cintsa Beach a popular choice for holiday makers to the Wild Coast.
