DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

In order to confirm definetly your reservation, we kindly ask you 50 per cent deposit of the total amount of your stay, payable by internet transfer or direct deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The deposit shall be forfeited in the event of cancellation. Any no show will be charged and will involve automatically the cancellation of the rest of the stay. Any interruption announced 14 days or less before the pre-determined check-in will be charged in full and within 31 days before arrival 50% of total amount quoted.

Any modification or cancellation of reservation must be in writing (email), and KwaThabisile Game Lodge will in turn reply by email.
