Large indigenous trees and beautiful tropical
gardens make Sefapane Lodge & Safaris a green oasis amidst the typical bushveld of the
Limpopo Province. Birding is excellent throughout the lodge and specifically at our rustic
dam. Our Dutch owned and managed lodge is run by dedicated staff that will make sure you
feel at home. We offer a wide variety of ‘a la carte’ safaris and activities, to
make the most of your stay. However, if you prefer to relax and simply enjoy life, then
our beautiful tropical gardens and outstanding facilities offer the ideal décor for just
that!
LODGE FACILITIES:
The large swimming pool with charming sunken bar is a unique feature of the lodge. The a
la carte restaurant offers indoor and outdoor dinning with many terraces to choose from.
At night everything changes into a magical African wonderland with lanterns and torches
that light the path to your table, set up under the African moonlit sky. Other facilities
include a conference and leisure lounge.
ACCOMMODATION:
Come and stay with us and choose from Standard & Deluxe Rondavels, Family Rondavels
and Safari Homes on the Estate.
Rondavels:
30 African style thatched rondavels, each with an en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning,
mini fridge and coffee / tea making facilities. Three of the rondavels are family units
and can sleep up to 6 persons each. All rondavels are privately situated with its own
‘stoep’ to sit, relax and enjoy the gardens.
Safari Homes:
The luxury Safari Homes are situated on the Sefapane Estate around a rustic dam
and offer privacy and comfort. The facilities of the lodge are within walking distance.
The houses are perfect for couples traveling together and for families. Each house has a
spacious lounge with satellite TV and DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms
with en-suite bathroom, guest bathroom, a loft with 3rd bedroom and a large wooden deck.
The houses are serviced daily and linen and towels are provided. Coffee and tea is
provided for your convenience.
SAFARI PACKAGES:
Sefapane offers various safaris in the Kruger National Park, such as Full Day Safari,
Evening Safari, Bushbraai, Bushwalk and unique River Safaris. All safaris can be booked
individually or as part of a safari package. There are packages from 2 -7 days available.
However, a safari is not the only activity you can book at Sefapane. You can choose from
the following activities and excursions on a self drive or guided option:
