The Van Zyl family bought the house and a 2 bedroom flat in 2007. They saw the potential of changing the house and flat into a guesthouse. The guesthouse opened its doors on 1 March 2009 with 4 luxury private rooms. We at Villa Exec offer our guest luxury, privacy and a private environment. Villa Exec guest house is a serviced guesthouse were people can relax and we can help them to enjoy their stay even if its for one night or one year. We would like to make life easy and comfortable for our guests during their stay. A personal touch and service makes us different and we have special packages available for guests that stay for a long term. Our guesthouse is centrally located and is near schools, shopping centres and new developments in and around Ellisras. Ellisras area is the ideal place for birding and game viewing in the malaria free, peaceful and tranquil, Matlabas Bushveld. This is typical sweet bushveld; game rich and covered in bushveld trees such as camelthorn, black monkeythorn, marula, red bushwillow, leadwood, knobthorn, etc. Birdlife can be spectacular especially during the summer months when the migrants invade the bushveld. In short, this is a spectacular destination. ACCOMMODATIONWe have 4 luxury rooms each with private entrance and en-site facilities available.The luxury rooms are equipped with double bed or 2 single beds, fridge, coffee and tea facilities and TV with DStv. The rooms are surrounded by a beautiful garden and a sparkling swimming pool available for exclusive use by visiting guests. There is also a lapa with braai facilities. REAKFAST AND DININGHome cooked dinners and breakfasts with freshly baked bread and home made preserves are our trademark. Dinner to be booked before 10:30 am on date of arrival. DIRECTIONS: From Pretoria via Modimolle (Nylstroom) From Pretoria take the N1 to Polokwane (previously known as Pietersburg). At the Kranskop Toll Plaza take the left hand lane towards Modimolle (previously known as Nylstroom). Proceed through the Toll Plaza. At the T-junction, turn left towards Modimolle (+/-10km). Proceed through Modimolle towards Vaalwater (+/-70km). Proceed through Vaalwater and at the Total garage on your left, turn right towards Lephalale on the R33 (+/-90km). At the T-junction, turn right towards Lephalale on the R510. Past the Palm Hotel on your left hand side Drive up to the robot (Fox Odendaal street ) - turn left Drive up to the T-junction - turn right and the left again You are now in Oberholser street - we are No. 5 - 3rd house on left hand side.
