Each site is clearly numbered and has its own braai area with a light that can be switched on and off by yourself so that you can see your meat and what you are doing on the braai table. Underneath the braai table is a spot where you can put your braai wood or charcoal and there is a big black dustpan right next door. There is also a spot in the camping area where there is a supply of cut up firewood that, if needed, can be bought.

The female section of the ablution facilities has a shower with a glass pivot door, a changing area and 2 toilets. The basins are modern with mirrors above each basin and a water-tight plug point with a mirror just above the plug. The male section is exactly the same as above except that there is a urinal included. All the floors in the ablution block and kitchen area are tiled with black slate tiles. There is also a Sauna close to the ablution facility.

Each site has its own socket outlets and is protected by its own 15 amp circuit breaker with an earth leakage (as required by law). Each site also has its own tap for drinking water etc. but not for washing oily items, as that is what the kitchen is for. There is a central area to do the dish washing etc. with a fridge / freezer, urn, x 2 toaster, two plate stove and a table top for a working area.

There are also electric points in this central working area. The camping area is lit up with lights at about every second site making it a little more homely and visible.
