It has 4 dams for the game and is host to more than 28 animal species and 230 bird species. Etango Game Lodge is nestled at the foot of the majestic Waterberg Mountain Range and is situated in a malaria free area. ACCOMMODATIONThe main lodge is set in the heart of the bushveld, overlooking a waterhole, a broad expanse of bushveld and the magnificent Waterberg mountain range. This inspiring and beautiful lodge offers superb accommodation and blends in with the bushveld surroundings and is under thatch. Etango has 10 en-suite chalets and each can accommodate up to 4 guests (2 upstairs and 2 downstairs). The chalets are a unique combination of stone, thatch and timber and are tastefully furnished. Each chalet boasts M-Net and air-conditioning giving guests every luxury. DIRECTIONS: • NI to Polokwane (Pietersburg) • Take the Warmbaths / Settlers offramp - turn left – follow the signs to Bela-Bela (Warmbaths). • Go right at T-Junction - go over railway bridge. • Straight after bridge go to your left at the robots. • At T-Junction go to left into Chris Hani Drive. • At the circle - take the Rooiberg/ Thabazimbi Road R 516 - 32 km • At the Mabula Store ( small store ) take the Diepdrift turnoff to your right.
