AccommodationAs much of the natural bush has been left in the grounds, and a veranda reminiscent of a tree house takes the guests to bedrooms echoing with the sounds of the night. Each of the 96 luxury air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms will make you feel part of the bushveld environment. The rooms consist of standard 4 star facilities including DSTV, tea/coffee making facilities, aircon, and hairdryer. Chalets Protea Hotel Kruger Gate has 7 six-sleeper fully equipped self catering chalets located in the hotels’ private reserve. Each chalet is fully serviced and has two luxury ensuite bedrooms, one upper - loft bedroom, a spacious lounge area, DSTV, self-contained kitchen, and private outdoor braai area. The chalets are in close proximity to the hotel’s restaurants. Bushveld dining offers a buffet style breakfast in the Kudyela Restaurant whilst an a’la carte lunch is served on the hotel’s unique wooden sundeck. Conferencing and WeddingsThe hotel offers a selection of 6 conference rooms, with a maximum capacity of 255 delegates. Each conference room is air-conditioned and can be configured to suit our guest’s specific requirements. The rustic Bush Boma and River Boma are ideal for private venue hire. Situated in the hotel’s 100 Ha private reserve, the Bush Boma can accommodate a maximum of 80 diners. With a maximum capacity of 200 guests, the River Boma is located within the Kruger National Park on the banks of the Sabie River. Guests are accompanied by a game ranger at all times to both venues. DIRECTIONS: Directions from Kruger Mpumulanga International Airport Follow N4 from Witbank straight to Nelspruit. Follow R40 to White River and then on to Hazyview. At Hazyview, turn right at the second 4-way stop, into Paul Kruger Road. Follow the road for 43km, the Protea Hotel Kruger Gate will be on the left hand side, Kruger Gate entrance directly in front.
