Recreational activities include tennis, horse riding, walks, fishing, swimming and golf. THE VILLAVilla Zimbali is a very well appointed home from home, fully furnished and serviced to meet your holiday needs. This spacious residence not only offers comfortable accommodation, peace and tranquility but also complete privacy and independence, just the place to enjoy a fun-filled holiday in the sun. Villa Zimbali can sleep 10 people comfortably. ACCOMMODATIONVilla Zimbali is a four-bedroom home. 2 rooms have king and queen size beds, 1 has twin beds and the other has double-bunk beds, sleeping 4. The two upstairs bedrooms are en-suite and the two downstairs rooms share a bathroom. There is also a guest bathroom. All linen and towels are provided. FACILITIESVilla Zimbali contains a designer kitchen that is equipped with quality appliances for self-catering. There is a big dining room area for great dinner parties and a lounge complete with a full bar as well as an outside entertainment area with panoramic views of the ocean. There is a separate Play room with Big screen TV and surround sound system for DVD's and video, to keep the kids occupied when the weather is not ideal for the beach. The villa is serviced making your holiday carefree and lazy. The villa offers full satellite television in comfortable surroundings, with high quality furnishings including silk and linen curtaining. You can enjoy the barbecue area, with magnificent views of the Indian Ocean, which is ideal for relaxing on the deck with sundowners or open-air meals for a BBQ. Villa Zimbali also has its own salt water pool ,Koi pond and outdoor entertainment area as well as a sauna. Controlled access to the beach is approximately 50m from the villa. The Villa is fully air-conditioned for the hot summer months. THE RESORTGuests have access to the resort’s private swimming pool, which is always crystal clear, located on the beach. There is also a kiosk serving light meals and a variety of drinks. A 50-hectare reserve within the estate in addition to all primary dune areas have been demarcated as conservation areas providing a refuge to the rich variety of local flora & fauna. Limited pathways and wooden viewing decks through out these areas allow residents to interact with nature. The eastern frontage of the estate comprises a 3 km stretch of unspoilt beach forming a natural golden boundary between the rich green forest and the warm blue Indian Ocean. Zimbali has several natural spring-water lakes, which create a beautiful habitat to the 85 species of bird, hosts of butterflies and a wide variety of indigenous plant life. Animal life within the forest reserve include bush buck, blue duiker, bush baby, vervet monkey, banded mongoose and even wild pig. GOLF COURSEThe Zimbali golf course is the first in Africa to be designed by former British Open and South African Open champion, Tom Weiskopf. Aided by Zimbali's high elevation and magnificent views, Weiskopf has produced a course aimed at challenging the top players while still offering higher handicappers the chance of a competitive game. |

DIRECTIONS: Villa Zimbali is proudly located at No. 35, The Beach Estate, Ballito, and can easily be found just off the N2 highway on the Kwa-Zulu Natal North Coast. Take the Ballito / Compensation off ramp, turn right at the stop street and go over the highway, pass the lifestyle centre on your right, go though the traffic circle (don't turn right - our entrance is not at the main Zimbali Gate - we enter through the North Gate (Beach estate gate). Go through another traffic circle, pass the BP and KFC on your left, proceed straight down Ballito Drive to a stop sign and T-Junction. At the t-junction turn right into Minerva Road and proceed to the next 4-way stop. At the 4-way stop street turn right into Compensation Beach Road. Stay on this road with the ocean on your left, passing the pubs and restaurants (upper deck, debonairs, spur), go through the two traffic circles and drive directly into the exclusive Zimbali Beach Estate Gate.
