The Villa is conveniently positioned one row away from the beach and is literally a stone’s throw from the sand. A few minutes walk to Salt Rock Main beach or just head straight down in front of the house for a dip. Self Catering AccommodationThe Villa has fully ducted air conditioning throughout the house. It has four spacious en-suite bedrooms; three of which have glorious sea views and the fourth being a private, secluded en-suite room with DSTV and air conditioning. There is a wonderful spacious open plan entertainment area which has a flat screen TV equipped with surround sound and dual view DSTV. This home boasts a fully equipped luxury kitchen with everything you need, when cooking. There is a large covered verandah, leading onto a rim flow pool as well as a covered gazebo for braaing in good and bad weather. The pool has a safety net which is ideal for small children and there is a wonderfully large, grassed garden, which is equipped with a jungle Gym. There is a large, secure, 2.5 car lockup garage. It also has servant’s quarters, which has a TV linked to main house and is air-conditioned. A laundry is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. It has external security beams and internal alarm which is linked up to a 24hr security armed response. Please NoteThis is a non-smoking establishment! Attractions and ActivitiesIt is situated minutes from shops, restaurants and golf courses, to name a few: Zimbali, Simbithi, Umhlali and Princes Grant. We are a few minutes from Ballito and a 15 - 20 minute drive from Gateway Shopping Centre (Umhlanga) and a 15 minute drive from the Microlight airfield that offers tourist flights over the adjacent area and sea shore. The Villa is situated approximately 50kms from the old Durban International Airport and is 10 minutes from the new, La Mercy International Airport (yet to be named and opening soon). You can really enjoy the Indian Ocean’s Dolphin Coast at its best from this position and possibly spot some dolphins in the waves or even a few whales if you’re lucky! This beautiful home is a home-away-from-home and can be enjoyed by young and old. |

DIRECTIONS: Situated approximately 50kms north of Durban. Travel north on the N2 highway. Take the Chakas Rock offramp (one after Ballito Compensation turn off). At stop turn Right over bridge. Travel straight down to the beach until you come to a T Junction. Turn left onto Ocean Drive. Travel for +-1.5kms until you reach Little Maritzburg Road on Right.
