The Golf House is situated toward the front of the Princes Grant Golf Estate on the beach access road (Sandhills Road), with stunning full ocean views that are breathtaking. Walk to the nearest beach access point in a few minutes. The restaurant and pub at The Lodge and main swimming pool area with tennis and squash court and a jungle gym for the kids are all just a three minute drive away. This stunning property will leave you numb, and completely relaxed, the way holidays should be. Let the in house chef delight you with flavors from here to the far-east, while you dont even have to lift a finger to do the grocery shopping. AccommodationFour en-suite bedroom villa, all bathrooms have showers except for the master bedroom on the third floor that also offers a spa bath. Two double rooms on the third floor, accessible with the lift. Two twin rooms on the first floor, which is completely separate from the rest of the villa. All rooms offer stunning sea views with private balconies Main TV lounge with full bouquet DSTV, mini Hi-Fi and Playstation 2. For convenience an open plan bar with it's own bar fridge that has sliding doors opening up onto the deck area. The entertainment deck has braai (BBQ) facilities, sun loungers with umbrellas, two el fresco dinning areas and an eight seater jacuzzi overlooking the ocean. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwashing machine, two microwaves and a double door fridge/freezer. All open plan to the dinning room with sliding doors opening up onto the deck area. DIRECTIONS: FROM DURBAN (South) Follow the N2 North towards Stanger. Approximately 15 minutes after Ballito take the Stanger/Blythedale Beach turn off (R74). Head towards Stanger and follow the signs to Prince's Grant Golf Estate. At the first traffic light turn right, follow along this road until you get to the sign that shows Prince's Grant Golf Estate, turn right (approx 5km). Follow the signs over a bridge through the sugar cane fields and arrive at the security gate of Prince's Grant Golf Estate. To No.271 Heading into the estate, go through the security check, then head down the tarred road, passing the clubhouse and The Lodge and driving range. When you pass the swimming pool and tennis court, turn right at the first road, Sandhills Road (Beach). Follow the road until it forks, keep left and stay in Sandhills Road. Head down the road and the fifth house on your left...No.271 "THE GOLF HOUSE II"... you have arrived. FROM PONGOLA/HLUHLUWE (North) Follow the N2 South towards Richards Bay/Empangeni. Carry on until you reach the Stanger/Blythedale Beach turn off (R74). Approximately 2-3 hours. Head for Stanger and follow the signs to Prince's Grant Golf Estate. At the first traffic light turn right and follow along this road until you get to the sign that shows Prince's Grant Golf Estate, turn right (approx. 5km).
