Sunset View is set in one of Durban’s northern coastal suburbs, just 15 minutes to Durban City or to Umhlanga. The Guest House is situated close to all the main access roads, 25 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Durban main beaches, uShaka Marine World, Sibaya Casino, , Absa Rugby, Kingsmead Cricket Stadium, Gateway Shopping Extravaganza and Entertainment Centre, Golf Courses, Suncoast Casino and 15 minutes from Greyville Race Course.

Set in a lush, tropical garden, enjoy lazing around the private pool with large wooden deck. Each of the 4 bedrooms is tastefully furnished with charm and character with a large lounge and bar area leading onto a patio overlooking the pool.

Situated in a quiet road in Durban North, Sunset View is within 15 minutes of Durban’s main beaches, Ushaka Marine World and within close proximity of a number of golf courses.

At the wide Umgeni River mouth, Blue Lagoon Beach is Durban's most popular fishing locale, with the La Lucia and Beachwood Mangroves Nature Reserve offering long, tranquil walks along empty sands.

KwaZulu Natal is home to the Golf Coast, the hidden gem of golf destinations in Africa. In near proximity to Sunset View you find more than 15 golf courses. All courses in the area are unique and offer golfers of all abilities a wide choice. Whether it is a social nine holes with family or a more serious challenge as a pro, you will find a course to suit your needs. (Golf courses nearby include Beachwood Golf Club, Mount Edgecombe Golf Club, one of the worlds top 100 golf courses Durban Country Club).

Sight seeing trips can be arranged and offer visits to African Cultural village sites of historical interests, spend the day on one of Natal’s popular beaches just relaxing in the sun, or visit Durban´s Sun Coast Casino and Sibaya (in close proximity). DIRECTIONS:

From Town
1. From town take the NMR Avenue / M12 towards north. Pass the ABSA Stadium and drive until the robot, where you turn right into Umhlanga Rocks Drive (still M12).
2. Drive on Umhlanga Rocks Drive / M12 until the second robot. Just before the robot you turn left into Joseph Road / Rinaldo (on the right you see the sign River Church pointing to the left down hill)
3. Take the third road to the right, which is Tipuana Drive. We reside at No 21.

FROM JOHANNESBURG
Drive until the Kwa Mashu Highway exit. Go to the right under the bridge towards Durban North. Drive until Caltex Petrol Station which is on the right hand side. At the the robot turn left into Rinaldo. After 300 meters take the first road left into Harrison Drive. The 3rd road to the left is Bracken - turn into it and after 50 meters turn right into Tipuana Drive. We reside at no 21.

FROM INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT KING SHAKA on the N2 to the South towards Durban.
Drive until the Kwa Mashu Highway exit. Go to the left into Old North Coast Road towards Durban North. Drive until the Caltex Petrol Station which is on the right hand side. At the robot turn left into Rinaldo. After 300 meters take the first road left into Harrison Drive. The 3rd road to the left is Bracken - turn into it and after 50 meters turn right into Tipuana Drive. We reside at no 21.
