DIRECTIONS: From Durban 1). Take the M13 to Pietermaritzburg. 2). At the No. 28 off-ramp glide off to the left. 3). Turn right at the traffic lights (over the bridge) and proceed on the Old Main Road into Hillcrest. 4). At the traffic lights with the SHELL Garage (on your right), turn right into Stonewall Road. 5). Proceed down Stonewall Road (under the bridge) until you get to the T-junction with Springside Road. See RIVENDELL B&B sign. 6). Turn right into Springside Road and follow Springside Road all the way through the valley until you reach the 4 way-stop at the intersection of Hilltop Road. See RIVENDELL B&B sign. 7). Turn right into Hilltop Road and then first left into Southern Avenue. See RIVENDELL B&B sign. 8). Proceed along Southern Avenue to Rivendell B&B at No. 5 Southern Avenue on left hand side (see ‘1000 Hills’ sign board at driveway entrance). From Pietermaritzburg 1). At the top of Key Ridge on the N3, take the M13 glide-off to the left. 2). Take the No. 33 off-ramp to the left ( Shongweni off-ramp). 3). At the stop street turn left (Chef Mushrooms on your left). 4). Proceed all the way through Assegay until reaching the T-junction traffic lights at the top of the hill (railway line directly in front of you), this is the intersection with Old Main Road. 5). At the traffic lights, turn right into Old Main Road and proceed up the hill into Hillcrest. 6). At the traffic lights with Debonair's on your left and Pick ‘n Pay on the opposite side of the road, turn left into Inanda Road. 7). Proceed along Inanda Road for 1,8Km until turning right into Hilltop Road (just past a Hockey field). See RIVENDELL B&B sign. 8). Continue down Hilltop Road for 2,4Km until you reach the 4 way-stop intersections. See RIVENDELL B&B sign. 9). Proceed straight across Hilltop Road, turn first left into Southern Ave. See RIVENDELL B&B sign. 10). Proceed along Southern Avenue to Rivendell B&B at No.5 Southern Avenue on left hand side (see ‘1000 Hills’ sign board at driveway entrance).
