Bed & Breakfast Rooms
There are 2 additional en-suite luxury bedrooms for bed & breakfast only, both with luxury bathrooms (with shower and cast iron claw baths, double basins, heated towel rails and bathroom heaters). They both have a small bar fridge and their own Victorian fireplaces.

All suites and rooms are fully serviced and provide guests with tea, coffee, sugar, fresh farm milk, rusks and home baked cakes or cookies.

Facilities

Depending on the weather breakfast is served on the deck or in the main formal dining room. Bettina is an excellent cook as is evident in the fantastic breakfasts and she is happy to provide a 3-course dinner, at an extra charge and by arrangement only. For a very special treat forest breakfasts / picnics can also be arranged in a picturesque setting inside the forest (weather depending and pre- booking essential).

There is also a formal lounge in the Manor house which guests are more than welcome to use. It too has its own fireplace for cosy evenings.

Guests are welcome to bring their own wine, etc as we are not licensed.
