The house is completely private and has five bedrooms, all tastefully decorated, not to mention comfortable and luxurious, so that you can relax and indulge yourself after a day of sun bathing. FACILITIESThe house offers the following facilities • Private patio, bar and barbecue facilities • Swimming pool to soak up the warm sunshine (fully fenced) • Fully equipped kitchen with good quality kitchen appliances and equipment. • Five comfortable and tastefully furnished bedrooms - 4 with king-size bed, 1 with a double bed and single bunk bed, 1 double sleeper couch) - 4 of the rooms are air-conditioned and the fifth has a ceiling fan and all of the rooms have a mirrored dressing table with electrical plugs. • Three full bathrooms • Two televisions with a DStv decoder for satellite TV (please bring your own smartcard) • Big comfortable TV room • Dining room seats 8 (additional table seats 6 in entertainment area + kiddies table with 4 chairs) • Toy room, camp cot, pram and high chair • Lockup garage and ample extra parking • House serviced daily (except Sundays and Public Holidays - these on request) • We unfortunately do not offer credit card facilities. • Excellent security and gates so that you can relax and enjoy your leisure activities. ATTRACTIONSLocation and area attractions Doreen Crescent is situated in Glen Ashley, Durban within easy walking distance of the beach (4 min walk), shops and restaurants (La Lucia Mall is about 1 km). Doreen Crescent is about 10 minutes drive from Durban city centre and 4 minutes drive to Umhlanga Rocks main beach. For excellent entertainment there is the Gateway shopping centre, Sibaya Casino, Kingspark, Kingsmead, Umgeni Bird Park, Japanese Gardens, Natal Sharks Board and U’Shaka Marine world to visit. Several golf courses are also within 15 minutes drive. |

DIRECTIONS: From Durban: Travelling on the M4 from Durban towards Umhlanga – take the Glen Ashley turnoff. (The fist turnoff after Virginia Airport) After the turnoff keep left in Aubrey drive. Turn right into Doreen Crescent (the second road on your right) and follow the road until you reach no 46 on your right. From Johannesburg: From the N3 take the N2 Stanger / North coast. Take the M41 Umhlanga / Mount Edgecombe. Turn right on the M41 Umhlanga. Carry on straight under a few bridges. Road makes a turn and goes onto the M4 towards Durban. Take the Glen Ashley turnoff. First stop right. First stop right again. Go under the bridge. Turn 3rd right into David road. At the T-junction turn right into Doreen crescent. Follow the road to 46 Doreen on your right.
