ACCOMMODATION


158 Barrington is a penthouse apartment in one of the small blocks of 6 units. The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, with the main bedroom en-suite and a family bathroom with bath and shower. There is a spacious open-plan living area, consisting of a six-seater dining room table, a lounge and kitchen.

158 Barrington sleeps 6 people. There are two queen size beds and two single beds. There is a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, including a fridge, oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher.

Services and Facilities


Two pools, a tennis court, squash court, and club house with a pool table, make this a seaside holiday getaway with a difference. Not to mention the lovely sea views from the massive patio! Long, lazy afternoons looking at the sea while the meat is sizzling on the large gas barbeque. There is a 6 seater patio set with two loungers.

There is a DSTV decoder - bring your own smartcard for your full range of channels. Children of all ages are welcome. The apartment has a basic cleaning service (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays). Linen and basic towels are provided; just bring your beach towels. The Body Corporate of Barrington does not allow pets.

There is 24 hour guarded security at the entrance of the complex which has electric fencing. The apartment has been fitted with burglar bars and a security gate for your peace of mind.

About Ballito


Ballito is an holiday town in the heart of the Dolphin Coast and its origins date back to 1953. It rests between sugar cane fields and the East coast beaches with the warm Indian ocean gracing its shores. The main bathing beach is Willard Beach which has safe swimming and qualified life guards on duty seven days a week. Lifeguards and shark nets are also available at Clarke Bay.

The flat is approximately 2kms to the Lifestyle and Ballito Junction shopping centres, excellent retail therapy while you have the time to shop! There are plenty of restaurants and pubs both in the shopping centres and on the beach front. The Flag Animal Farm and Crocodile parks are not far away, and will keep the kiddies entertained.

DIRECTIONS:

From N2 heading North take the M4 Ballito. Pass the Lifestyle centre on the left and at the 2nd traffic circle turn left into Simbithi Avenue. At the next traffic circle turn right (BP garage on RHS) and continue down Leonora Road (watch out for speed humps). Go all the way until you get to a T-Junction and turn left into Dolphin Crescent and immediately left into Gazelle Road. Barrington’s entrance is approximately 150m on your left hand side. Once inside the complex, keep turning left.
It is the very last penthouse unit on your right. 158, Villa W.
