Melkhoutkloof Guest House was designed and built as a modern Guest House and nestles on the edge of a kloof (ravine) filled with indigenous aloes and milkwood trees, overlooking the whole bay from Mossel Bay to Glentana. "Melkhout" is the afrikaans word for Milkwood and "kloof" can best be described as ravine - from there the name Melkhoutkloof, where your hosts JB, Peter and Mariann Lloyd would like to welcome you.

Bed & Breakfast:
Melkhoutkloof Guest House offers five elegantly furnished, en suite bedrooms (bath and shower) with private balconies and sea views. Rooms have a telephone, safe-deposit and coffee/tea facilities. Guests have their own lounge with satellite television and courtesy bar while breakfast and dinner is served in the guest dining room or outside on the patio.

Self Catering:
Melkhoutkloof Guest House also have a self catering unit with double bedroom, bathroom (bath and shower), lounge with two single beds and kitchen with fridge, microwave and mini oven.

DIRECTIONS:

Take the Glentana exit (halfway between Mossel Bay and George) from the N2. Continue for approximately 5 km where you will see the Melkhoutkloof Guest House road sign on the left. Turn right in 'Plateau' street, left in 'Duiker' street and left again in 'Gans' avenue where you will find Melkhoutkloof Guest House.
