The Honeymoon Luxury Self Catering Unit (Breakfast optional) is unique with King size bed, lounge/kitchen and spa bath overlooking small enclosed garden. Our charming garden provides an awesome setting for you to enjoy our scrumptious breakfasts, and our cosy lodgings away from the crowd are a secure base for Honeymooners, Nature lovers, or Adventure seekers. Only 10 minutes drive to pristine beaches. SUNRISE Early risers can enjoy spectacular sunrises over the lakes or enjoy a mountain bike ride in the refreshing air. There are about 8 day walks in the Wilderness National Park, one of these starts right behind us and runs over the dunes and back along the lake. FROM BREAKFAST TO DUSK Investigate the shoreline and rivers by canoe; play a game of tennis or squash; golf chip nine holes around the lawns; tan at the pool, or sit in the shade in front of the lodge and wonder at the ever changing colours of the Lake. For the energetic there is water-skiing and tubing, give it a try! SUNSET Enjoy a quiet sundownder in the comfortable lounge or on the terrace overlooking the lake. DIRECTIONS: From Cape Town, on the N2 Highway, 16 km past Wilderness, or coming from Port Elizabeth, 6 km past Sedgefield, turn at the Lakeside Lodge signboard. Follow the tarred road, take the first turn right, cross the railway line and pass Pine Lake Marina on your right.
