DESCRIPTION:

This self catering house is located on a large stand (1200m²) facing north and has a beautiful private garden with a large oak tree and swimming pool. Pippin Lofts @ Brummeria offers easy access to the N4 and N1 highways and is within 5km of Hatfield, Menlyn and Brooklyn. It is within 2km of the Pretoria Botanical Gardens and less than 1km to the CSIR East Gate.

Accommodation


The house is +-300m² and has four bedrooms and three bathrooms catering for up to eight persons sharing six beds. The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom and is fitted with a queen extra length bed and ¾ bed. The second bedroom is fitted with a queen extra length bed. The 3rd bedroom is fitted with two ¾ beds. The 4th bedroom is fitted with a ¾ bed. All bedrooms have under floor heating that can be adjusted individually and fitted with linen and towels.

The kitchen is fitted with a built in oven, stove, and two fridge freezers with icemaker and water dispenser, microwave oven and cutlery / crockery. There is a separate scullery fitted with two washing machines and a tumble drier. The lounge has DSTV with 30 channels, a mini Hi-Fi with DVD / CD / MP3 player and an anthracite fireplace.

Service


A once a week cleaning service is offered included in the price for extended stays (longer than 7 days), whereby the house gets cleaned and clean linen and towels provided.

Facilities


There is a large gym at the CSIR with under cover heated swimming pool and short term membership can be obtained during your stay. Internet access will be available on request at additional cost.

Smoking


Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

Security


Excellent security is offered whereby the house is fitted with alarm with panic buttons linked to ADT 24 hour armed security as well as electric fence on boundary walls enclosing the property, and also linked to ADT. The double garage doors and entrance gate is automated via remote control. The gate motor, electric fence and house alarm is on 3 battery back-up’s allowing for +- 20 hours downtime and recharge once electric supply resumes.

DIRECTIONS:

From Johannesburg
Travelling on the N1 towards Pretoria take the Lynnwood Road off ramp and turn right into Lynnwood Road crossing the N1. At the 1st set of traffic lights turn left into Meiring Naude Road. At the 1st street after the traffic lights turn rignt into Lynnburn Road and drive for +- 3km. Lynnburn becomes Tambotie road just before crossing the N4. Turn left into Kuisis Street just before the traffic lights on the bridge crossing the N4. The house will be on your right hand side, no 32A Kuisis Street, Brummeria.
