Midrand is halfway between Johannesburg and Pretoria. We cater for business people, sporting equestrians and the motor racing industry as well as visiting tourists and avid golfers. AccommodationHeron Chase is set in a tranquil one hectare indigenous garden with stables and horses. We have a swimming pool for guests to cool down in set in a secluded part of the garden. We have family suites, a two bedroom cottage and more formal suites that are all beautifully appointed. Each guest suite has its own separate entrance and private patio area providing privacy and space for our guests. The privacy of our guests is an important part of the way we run our establishment. Each guest suite has its own bathroom-en-suite as well as a kitchenette should you wish to self cater. In addition we have DSTV and unlimited internet connection. The rooms are fully serviced daily by our friendly and helpful staff. Only top quality linen and towels are supplied along with a complimentary bar and tea / coffee facilities in your suite. FacilitiesThere is plenty of parking, and should you need it we have some stabling available. Children of all ages are welcome. All our rooms have a no smoking policy. We offer to do personal laundry and ironing should you require. Long term corporate stays are welcome and a discounted monthly rate is available on request. If you need help with transfers to and from airports we can organize this for you. Breakfast and DiningWe provide an executive self service breakfast. Dinner can be arranged upon request though we can recommend many good restaurants that are close by. Activities and AttractionsIn and around Beaulieu there are beautiful bridle trails for walking, mountain biking or horse riding and these lead to a gorgeous bird sanctuary in Beaulieu, which is adjacent to the Kyalami Country Club. Mountain bikes are available to loan to the energetic guest! Beaulieu is a unique suburb in Johannesburg and guests are always amazed at the unexpected peaceful and tranquil countryside beauty that they find on their arrival. DIRECTIONS: Take the New Road off ramp from the N1 Pretoria in Midrand. Head towards Crowthorne down New Road. The name of the road will change three times and when it becomes Arthur Road next to Crowthorne Shopping Centre, go straight across and the traffic lights into Beaulieu. You will see a big Gate House (Papenfus Road). Come through boom, travel along Papenfus Road and turn right into Krause Street. We are a panhandle on the right, 509.
