Giraffe and Zebra roam freely around the hotel property. The pool area is visited by Zebra drinking water from the pool. ACCOMMODATIONOur 49 spacious two bed-roomed thatched bungalows are all with en-suite bathroom, TV, Radio, Telephone, coffee/tea making facilities and a lovely veranda, where you can enjoy a sundowner! Break away from the day to day routine and relax in the tranquillity of the Ranch. Room service is available from 07h00 am to 09h00 pm. DININGSunday BBQ and Tribal Dances: Every Sunday at 12h30 we serve a South African Barbecue around the pool area followed by the famous Mzumba Tribal Dancers at 14h00 - 16h15. Visitors can see and hear the old-age tribal legends to the accompaniment of throbbing drums and chanting women. The A' La Carte Restaurant: The Restaurant is an excellent venue for rural African weddings or private functions for up to 100 guests. 2 additional private function rooms for smaller functions are available. The distinguished atmosphere for your special occasion is unforgettable. Having a candle light dinner around the pool area you will never forget! For your afternoon tea/coffee we serve a "cake of the day" or ask for our snack menu. GAUTENG WEDDINGSYour wedding should be a day to remember! CONFERENCESThe Conference Centre consists of 3 air-conditioned rooms of various sizes and 4 syndicate rooms and caters for up to 100 delegates. The Centre is self contained with cloakrooms and telephone and standard equipment. Additional conference rooms in the main building are available. Game Reserve (game drive for 1.5 hours)On request we can provide you with a cooler box filled with refreshments of your choice (for your account). The 650 ha Game Reserve is nestled at the foot of the Zwartkop Koppies and gives visitors ideal opportunity to view game from an open land rover e.g. rhino, buffalo, hippo, eland, black wildebeest. For bird lovers 176 species have been recorded. Indigenous trees are labelled. |
