Your stay at Akuwaiseni Guest House will be warm and hassle free, and you will get a chance to enjoy the African sun while resting by the pool or catching up on some work on the ever welcoming patio. During your stay at Akuwaiseni Guest House we hope to give you a hassle free stay offering a welcoming and friendly environment where you can relax feel at home and pampered at the same time. ACCOMMODATIONBed & Breakfast Accommodation: 6 double Neo Classic rooms with a definite minimal/ethnic flavour all with own bathrooms plenty of cupboard space with maid service every morning to clean your room. The rooms boast pure cotton linen, gowns, bath and pool towels as well as toiletries, and hairdryers. TVs with DSTV, ceiling fans and gas heaters in each room. Self Catering Accommodation: 2 Self catering, self contained units which sleep up to 4 persons per unit, each unit has a fully equipped kitchen. FACILITIESPool: Black Heated pool which can be enjoyed anytime of the year which is surrounded by beautifully manicured gardens which can be enjoyed from either the deck chairs next to he pool or the patio. Breakfast: Breakfast is included with a choice from a full farm house breakfast to a healthier option of muesli yoghurt and fruit salad. You can have your eggs done anyway you like from boiled to omelette with your choice of filling. Or you can just start the day with your choice of cereal. Dinners: Every morning you will be informed what will be made for dinner and by 12:00 you have to say whether you would like to have or not. We have a dinner party or braai/ BBQ every Saturday night which we would love you to be a part of. Access to a gym: The Melville Fitness Centre has 6 Spinning Classes a day and Yoga, Pilates and Tie Bow as well and a full Cardio Section Supa Circuit and fee weights and bathrooms. The gym is within walking distance to the house. You can have a workout to the gyms facilities during your stay with us at a fee. SERVICES We have an ADSL line which you can plug your laptop in and do your work from the house. Shuttle service to and from Airport We also offer a laundry service We have lock-up and secure parking for every guest on the premises Day Trips to a Game Farm where you can go for game drives and enjoy sundowners in the African bush while you listen the roaring game in the background. DIRECTIONS: From Sandton City Take Oxford to Rosebank, Turn Right at the Mc Donalds you will pass three robots until you get to an S-bend junction you must turn left. From Cresta Pass Cresta on your left on Beyers Naude on your way to Melville, pass North Cliff Corner shopping center on your right, keep going past West Park Cemetry on your right and the Botanical Gardens on your left. Going up the hill into Melville just passed the RAU sportsgrounds you turn Left into 6th Ave just over the rise and over the Turning Circle we are on your left Number 21 6th Ave. From Johannesburg Airport Take the Johannesburg Road and at Galoolys interchange you take the Durban / Alberton Road then turn right on your way to Sandton and Pretoria. Follow that road until you get to the Empire turn off. Turn right into Empire Road and follow Empire until you get to a T-Junction. Turn right into Kingsway and at the third robot turn into University Street. Pass Mc Donalds on your left, keep on University which becomes Main Street.
