DESCRIPTION:

28 Vincent is situated in Duxberry, a quiet, leafy, secure suburb a few minutes drive from the Sandton CBD, The Stock Exchange, Sandton City and the Convention Center. 28 Vincent is close to numerous excellent restaurants and entertainment venues such as Montecasino. Access to Hyde Park is also convenient via William Nicol.

28 Vincent is designed as an executive 'pied a terre' and being small (four suites only) is ideal for the business traveler who requires privacy and peaceful surroundings to spend the night. It is also an ideal and convenient venue to hold business meetings or for business entertainment. Catering for meetings can be arranged as can dinner by prior arrangement.

Accommodation


All rooms have tea and coffee stations, television (DSTV compact) with DVD players, hairdryers and swimming towels. There is also a desk with a variety of electrical plugs in each room. There is a desktop computer in the entrance lobby connected to the internet available to guests at all times.

Self catering cottage
We offer a spacious,secure, sunny self-catering garden cottage. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed, en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and bidet and there is a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob and microwave.

An enclosed sun porch leads off the large open plan lounge/dining area which has DSTV. There is use of the gymnasium and swimming pool. A second bed ( double or single) can be supplied in the lounge area for extra guests (2 maximum).

All rooms are non-smoking but there are two patios for use by guests wishing to smoke.

Facilities


The gardens cover a half acre and have been landscaped with water features and numerous trees. There is a wealth of bird life and binoculars together with several books to assist in identifying birds are kept in the lounge for use by guests. There is an extensive library of books on many subjects and a wide selection of music cd’s and dvd’s are available at no extra cost.

The property is serviced with a wireless broadband internet connection and has document printing, (colour or black and white laser - single or double sided) document copying and binding, high speed CD/DVD duplicating and fax facilities. There is a solar heated salt water swimming pool, a fully equipped gymnasium, and guests have the use of the patios and lounge. A bar fridge and microwave together with crockery and cutlery are available in the lobby for use by guests at all times.

The suburb has boomed access with cameras and with a 24 hour motorised patrol. The property is alarmed with an armed response from ADT and from MKB Security.

DIRECTIONS:

Please note that Vincent Avenue is permanently closed to traffic and Oak Avenue is open ONLY between 6am and 6pm. From 6pm to 6am the only access point into Duxberry and Vincent is through the checkpoint at Outspan and Flamboyant Avenues.

ROUTES

From the N1 into Rivonia Road
Travel 2km and turn right into 7th Avenue.(McDonalds is on your left). At the robot keep straight on (the road becomes Coleraine). Between 6am and 6pm turn second left after robot into Oak Avenue and enter through the boom. Vincent is the first turning on the right about 500 meters along Oak. No.28 is quite a long way down on the right hand side.

After 6pm
Continue up the hill to the robot and turn left into Ballyclare. At the next robot turn left into Outspan and take the first left into Flamboyant.Just after the sharp right hand bend in Flamboyant turn left into Oak and immediately left into Vincent. No.28 is quite a long way down on the right hand side.

From Ballyclare and William Nicol
Between 6am and 6pm turn left at the top of the hill into Coleraine, just after the Total garage. Take 2nd right into Oak Avenue and enter through the boom. Vincent is the first turning on the right about 500 meters along Oak. No. 28 is quite a long way down on the right hand side.

After 6pm
Continue along Ballyclare until the next robot and turn left into Outspan.Take first left into Flamboyant and enter through the boom.Just after the sharp right hand bend in Flamboyant turn left into Oak and immediately left into Vincent.No. 28 is quite a long way down on the right hand side.

From Grayston Drive
Turn right into Rivonia Road. Travel about 1km and turn left into Outspan at the Morningside Shopping Centre. Go over the four way stop in Outspan and take the second right into Flamboyant and enter through the boom. Just after the sharp right hand bend in Flamboyant turn left into Oak and immediately left into Vincent. No.28 is quite a long way down on the right hand side.
