ACCOMMODATIONThe lodge has 14 en-suite rooms all uniquely decorated in a true African style. All the rooms are equipped with DSTV, electric blankets, fans, coffee and tea facilities and the rooms meet all the modern standards. Our rooms are wheelchair accessible. DININGThere is restaurant and bar on the premises for your enjoyment. The Restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner from an a la cart menu. The lodge is fully licensed and the pub is the ideal place to unwind after a long hard day. It is also a great favourite with the locals. You can also enjoy some great pub lunches and grilled steaks in the pub. FACILITIESShaka's Kraal is the outside boma braai area and is an experience not to be missed in the colder winter months.Your host, Johan Strydom is a professional hunter and has a collection of over a hundred trophies all situated around the lodge. CONFERENCES & WEDDINGSInkwe Lodge offers facilities for a variety of functions including year end functions, kitchen teas, birthday parties, stork parties, bachelor's parties, conferences, corporate entertainment and weddings. We go through great lengths to ensure that we meet all your expectations for your functions. We offer personalised service for every customer. Contact us for more details and for quotations. Conferences: Inkwe Lodge has a private venue for conferences that can accommodate for up to 80 people. The following facilities are included in the various packages: Private venue for up to 80 people, television, video machine, DVD player, flipcharts and chart pens, white board and white board pens and screen Weddings: Inkwe lodge caters for small weddings for up to 150 people. We have an open air venue in our lovely garden and another venue in the restaurant. We take great care to ensure that your special day is just that: a special day! The venue fees include the beautiful decorating of the venue and the flowers. Our chef will meet with you to personalise your menu for the wedding and to make sure that we meet your needs, various budgets or dietary specifications. We can advise you on DJ’s and the best person for your photo shoots. Unfortunately no alcohol is allowed to be brought onto the facilities but a full private bar is made available for your wedding. You will have to advise us how you would like the bar managed. Contact us for quotations and any queries. ACTIVITIES & ATTRACTIONSInkwe Lodge is situated in Bethlehem, Eastern Free State. Only 3 hours drive from Johannesburg and 30 minutes away from the picturesque Clarens, the Jewel of the Free State. There are numerous things to see and do at Inkwe Lodge. We offer tours to the lovely Clarens area and the Golden Gate National Park, you can experience first hand the lion breeding farms and come face to face with this magnificent animal. Day and night game drives on the nearby game farms and hiking trails for the adventurous tourist are also available. |

DIRECTIONS: From Johannesburg Villiers - Frankfort - Reitz - Bethlehem From Durban: Harrismith - Kestell - turn off 5 km before Bethlehem From Bloemfontein: Tweespruit - Ficksburg - Fouriesburg - Bethlehem Coming in from Reitzin Hospital Road, go over 2 traffic lights. At the 3 way stop, turn right into Church Street ( one way) Continue straigt over 5 traffic lights. Turn right in Commissioner Street. Continue over 4 way stop, pass the golf klub on your right.
