Imagine, my credit card got charged for 3600 ZAR for a punctured tyre and 3876 ZAR for a scratch in the windscreen, and all that because a sleepy employee forgot to 'offer' us the cheap extra insurance for tyres and windscreens ! Our rental of 3590 ZAR at the end costed 11.113 ZAR !!! Such a bad Tempest experience never again !
