Day 1: Cape Town
Arrival Cape Town airport, collect rental vehicle (VW Polo or similar vehicle) with maximum insurance cover. Proceed to Twelve Apostles Hotel & Spa in Cape Town for check-in. Rest of the day at leisure.
Overnight: Twelve Apostles Hotel & Spa (b&b)
Day 2: Cape Town
Full day at leisure in Cape Town (to explore on your own). We suggest a visit to V&A Waterfront, the Aquarium, Table Mountain and Kirstenbosch gardens.

Day 3: Cape Town to Agulhas
After breakfast depart via Somerset West and over Sir Lowry’s Pass, Grabouw and Caledon and Bredasdorp to coastal town of Agulhas (the southernmost tip of Africa, where the two oceans meet) for check in Agulhas Country Lodge. Rest of the day at leisure.

Day 4: Agulhas
Enjoy some of our lovely gift shops, stay for lunch, then visit the historical milkwood tree at Rhenosterfontein. Pack a picnic basket and visit De Mond Nature Reserve. Take a walk alongside the river and lagoon. Enjoy the rich bird life and fynbos splendour. Go to Elim for tea and more.

Day 5: Agulhas to Plettenberg Bay
Depart after breakfast and travel via Swellendam, George and Knysna to Plettenberg Bay with sightseeing en-route. Check-in at Kurland Hotel. The Kurland Hotel has been designed with excellent children’s facilities. Kurland is a luxury family hotel which ensures that all guests can relax in comfort, peace and safety. Dinner at the hotel.

Day 6: Plettenberg Bay
Breakfast at the hotel. Full day to partake in many activities or just to relax.
Overnight: Kurland Hotel (d,b&b)
Day 7: Plettenberg Bay to Addo National Park
Breakfast at the hotel. Travel via Nature’s valley Kareedouw and Port Elizabeth to Addo for check-in Riverbend Lodge. Safari activity in the afternoon.
Overnight: Riverbend Lodge (fully inclusive)
Day 8: Addo National Park
Full day at River Bend with safari activities and meals.
Overnight: Riverbend Lodge (fully inclusive)
Day 9: Addo to Port Elizabeth
After breakfast proceed to Port Elizabeth airport for drop-off of rental vehicle and onward journey.
