South Africa Events Feed

How to Add the Feed

1). See the drop down list below?
First select the province you want to get events for, in the drop down list.

This generates the code, in the field below.

2). Copy the code!
The code only appears once you have selected a province. Be sure to copy all of the code.

3). Place the code where you want the events to appear on your website.
Go to the HTML of the page and paste the code into the spot where you want it to appear. (The easiest way to do it is to ask your webmaster to do this for you - it won't take them long to do.)

4). Set the height
You or your webmaster need to specify the size (height) of the container in which you want the events to appear. eg. <td height="500"> or <div style="height: 500px;">. This "container" goes in front of the bit of code you copied from the box below, with either </td> or </div> respectively, directly after the code you copied. Set the container to the height / length you prefer. In our examples we set it to 500 (we recommend you use the same or larger). If you look at the sample links above, the first one has a height set at 503 and the second one has the height set to 630. It depends on how "long" you want the page to be. (Need help? Email us)

We hope you find this useful. Judging by the volume of visitors we get daily to our Events Pages we are sure your site visitors will be happy to find current events and festivals that are happening in your area, directly on your site.
