The event takes place through the jacaranda lined streets of Brooklyn and Waterkloof. The start is in Dey Street, Groenkloof and the closest suburb is Muckleneuk. The race commemorates the life of Andrew Greyling who was tragically killed in 2008.

It’s a very fast and very flat race with two Gauteng North records (senior and veteran men) broken on the course. Walkers are welcome and there is a fun run in addition to the 10km race and half marathon.
