Villa de Mer is located right on the beachfront in Port Alfred. The upmarket, 4 star Villa de Mer Guest House is where you can relax and explore all the delights that Port Alfred has to offer. Villa de Mer is the only Guest House located right on the beachfront in Port Alfred.

ACCOMMODATION


This modern home has five spacious en suite rooms, with all the comforts of home, including complimentary tea and coffee, bar fridge, satellite television, under floor heating, hairdryer and safe. We also supply dressing gowns and beach towels. Secure parking is available.

The honeymoon suite has a 180 degree view of the Indian Ocean and during the spring you can catch glimpses of dolphins and whales frolicking in the surf.

GUEST HOUSE FACILITIES


The two guest lounges; one upstairs with spectacular views and comfy couches is the perfect hideaway, whilst the other downstairs leads onto the swimming pool and private courtyard.

As for dining in Port Alfred, we will gladly recommend various restaurants or we can prepare dinner for you on request.

LOCATION


As nothing is far in Port Alfred, the location of Villa is convenient, you are away from the hustle and bustle of town, but in actual fact only a mere ten minutes away from the town centre. Situated on the R72 midway between Port Elizabeth and East London, Port Alfred is the perfect holiday destination on the Sunshine Coast.

ATTRACTIONS


On our doorstep we have Kariega Game Reserve, where you can view the big five or you can visit Nyala Valley for game and bird viewing. For golf enthusiasts Port Alfred offers one of the four Royal Golf Courses.

Other activities available in Kowie are, river cruises, deep sea cruises, fishing, diving, hiking, horse riding and in actual fact anything your heart desires. For the not so energetic, our pristine beaches beckon!
