DESCRIPTION:

The Duplex (Unit 21) is situated on the East Kleinemonde and very easy to find, a one minute drive form the coastal Route 72. The duplex overlooks the swimming pool, which is convenient for supervision.

The complex consists of three attached duplex units; Unit 21 is situated at the end, therefore private from passers by. The Complex has stairs leading to the bedrooms on the top floor and is secure with 24 hour security response.

The white sand / dunes and un-spoilt beaches are just 2 minutes away. Peak season Life Guards attending main beaches. The East and West rivers at Kleinemonde are close by and offer recreation for the holiday maker. Passive boating and canoeing, the West River has skiing zone.

ACCOMMODATION

Sun Acres is a luxury, self-catering duplex that sleeps 6/8 people.

Three bedrooms: a queen bed, a double bed, two single beds and a double fold down sleeper. The main bedroom is on suite with bath, basin & toilet. The other bathroom is shower, basin & toilet.

The kitchen is well equipped, catering up to eight people with a large fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, kettle & toaster, etc. The kitchen has a counter opening to the dinning area. The scullery has a washing machine and ironing facility.

Dining room table and chairs with side board.
Television with DSTV (optional extra connection) alternatively 3 channels.
Continental catering facility provided on request only for overnight en-route travellers.
Comfortable lounge facilities leading onto a patio with portable braai facility overlooking the pool area.
Safe parking.
A Baby cot is available on request.
