For a truly unique African style, country-bush wedding or conference, Sneezewoods Wedding and Conference Venue in Addo is all you’ve dreamt of, and more.

Situated just 45 minutes outside Port Elizabeth, on a citrus farm in Addo (just 12 km from the Addo Elephant National Park), Sneezewoods is ideal for those wanting to get married away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Because of it’s beautiful natural surroundings and tranquil, spacious atmosphere, Sneezewoods is ideal for “all in one” weddings, corporate functions and team building weekends.

WEDDINGS


Sneezewoods was inspired by our dream to have the perfect wedding. One that could be enjoyed and remembered forever by us and our closest friends and family. This unique venue was created out of mud and thatch, using the experience gained from building African-style mud huts for our B&B.

The building can comfortably seat 120 guests (excluding the bridal table), and is ideal for the ceremony as well as the reception. Your guests can relax with a cocktail, overlooking our beautiful African bush, while you’re off having pictures taken in idyllic spots on the farm.

CATERING


We will create a menu to suit your taste, and can be as informal as a good old South African “braai”, (barbecue) or a more formal buffet. With space for a dance floor, your guests can choose to boogie the night away, or catch up with old friends around a big bon-fire in front of the venue.

CONFERENCES


Sneezewoods is the perfect location for any business to hold business meetings, team building experiences, corporate events, lectures and company functions. Our conference facility is very flexible and adequate, and we will try our utmost to meet your every desire. We can arrange the necessary equipment needed to fulfil any of your requirements and our in-house catering can cater according to your specific needs. We are also able to arrange game drives in nearby game parks such as Addo Elephant Park, Shamwari, Schotia safaris and Amakhala. Other fun activities such as hiking, horse riding and elephant back riding can also be arranged.

ACCOMMODATION


The bridal couple and closest friends and family can be accommodated in comfort in our guest lodge, Chrislin Bed & Breakfast. Each luxury, African Style mud hut sleeps 2 people. Lodge guests can enjoy a champagne breakfast together on the morning after the wedding.
