The apartments are suitable for individuals, groups of people coming to work or for weddings, or for functions, or on holiday, with all amenities such as the Feathermarket Hall, the University, the beach, museums and art galleries, food shops, water activities such as diving, boat trips to view the dolphins, whales and seals, the Yacht Club and many many more, in close proximity to the apartments. AccommodationRooftops Self-catering Apartments offer three self-catering units, all in the same building, each with its own entrance, ideal for people coming to work in the city, to spend a holiday etc. Rooftops offer budget accommodation, situated in the heart of the city, close to the beach and to all amenities. Bed and bath linen are provided and the Units are serviced twice per week. Locked, off-street parking is included in the price. Green Unit (Sleeps up to 2 people) This is a bedsitter with 2 single beds, a seating area for dining, DSTV, a bathroom with a shower etc and a kitchenette, with fridge / freezer, hot-plate, micro-wave, all pots and pans, cutlery and crockery - fully-equipped for self-catering. Red Unit (Sleeps up to 4 people) This has two bedrooms, each with two single beds, a living room with DSTV, a bathroom with bath / shower etc, and a kitchen with a seating area for dining, a hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery - fully-equipped for self-catering. Yellow Unit (Sleeps up to 9 people) This has 3 double bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, making a total of 9 beds, a separate toilet, a separate shower, a separate basin, and a bathroom with bath, toilet and basin, a very large kitchen with a stove, fridge / freezer, a separate chest freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, cutlery and crockery, fully-equipped for self-catering, a dining room and living room with DSTV and a patio with a barbecue facility. Blue Apartment (Sleeps up to 2 people) A studio Apartment which is in the same building as the other 3, with a twin-bedded bedroom with Hotel Bouquet DSTV, a kitchenette, equipped for self-catering, with a seating area for dining, and a bathroom with a shower etc. The patio affords beautiful harbour views. LOCATIONWe are situated in the heart of the Port Elizabeth, in a quiet, residential cul-de-sac, 10 minutes from Port Elizabeh airport, 5 minutes from the beachfront, close to museums and art galleries, coffee shops and restaurants, Virgin Active Gym, casino, library, cinemas, antique shops, interior shops and the harbour. Addo Elephant Park where lions, buffalos, elephants and many more can be seen, is about 40 minutes drive away. There are also many game parks within close proximity. |

DIRECTIONS: FROMTHE N2 (Johannesburg, Durban, East London) Travel along the freeway and take the Settlers Way off ramp into Port Elizabeth. Take the Russell Road/City off ramp from the freeway and turn left into Govan Mbeki Avenue. Proceed along this road until you reach the trffic lights (just past the City Hall) where you will proceed up Military Road which is on your right hand side. At the top of Military Road (which is a T- Junction) turn left into Belmont Terrace and then first left into Cuyler Crescent down to 21 on the left halfway down the clescent. FROM THE AIRPORT On leaving the Airport turn left into 3rd Avenue. At the traffic lights, turn right into Heugh Road (which becomes Walmer Boulevard). Travel down Walmer Boulevard to the 5 way stop at the bottom. Turn towards City centre (sharp left Under the freeway). At the 3rd traffic light, turn left into Military Road. At the top of Military, left into Belmont Terrace the first left into Cuyler Crescent, down to no 2l on your left halfway down the crescent.
